Only book if had an initial consultation with Sandra O'Connell already. Please note this follow up is booked for an online (zoom or whats app) follow up. Cancellation policy: No shows No refunds. If you are not able to attend your appointment, please advise as soon as possible. 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. No refunds, only rescheduling as an option if cancelled (only one reschedule allowed) Consultation price does not include supplements, herbal formulation or other remedies

Cancellation Policy

Following policy applied: NO Shows NO refunds 48 hours is required for cancellations on events, workshops and appointments No refund or rescheduling given on workshops or events if you not able to attend Only rescheduling appointments is available if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, appointment must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. Rescheduling can only occur once.
