Sugar Free Carrot Cake




I have been asked a few times for this recipe after doing a workshop at the clinic, so here it is

1 1/4 cup Almond Flour

200 gms Dates - finely chopped

1/4 Cup olive oil

1 egg lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups carrots grated

1/4 cup Almond or plant milk

1/4 tsp Bicarb soda


  1. Mix into a mixing bowl all ingredients

  2. Baked in the over 30-45 mins on 180 degrees

Enjoy it with a love cup of coffee or tea
