Calendula has been used to treat a variety of ailments affecting the skin as well as infections and fungus. Calendula has also been used as a pain reducer and inflammation reducer.
Pour 1 cup of water over 1/2 teaspoons of dried Calendula.
Steep it for 5-10 minutes before drinking. You can drink the tea two or three times a day.
Make sure to make the tea in a tea strainer or a coffee plunger. Do not eat the dried herb.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Children under 8 years of age not recommended.
