Dream Balm 15gms (Sleep)
Create a dreamy paradise and drift off into sweet dreams with the relaxing aromas.
Ingredients: Butyrospermum parkii (Shea butter), Cera Alba (Beeswax), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond), Lavandula angustifolia oil (Lavender), Anthemis nobilis (Roman chamomile) , Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
Directions: apply a small amount of balm to temples and to wrists before bed and if you wake up during the night, apply a small amount to the soles of the feet.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding or children under 8 years of age. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions: Add 1/4 level teaspoon into a mug, Pour over hot boiling water and let it simmer for 2-3 mins. Strain out the herbs and drink. Best made with a plunger or tea strainer.
