Echinacea Purpurea

Echinacea helps to shorten the duration of the common cold and flu, and reduce symptoms, such as sore throat (pharyngitis), cough, and fever. Many herbalists also recommend echinacea to help boost the immune system and help the body fight infections.


Pour 1 cup of water over 1/2 teaspoons of dried Echinacea

Steep it for 5-10 minutes before drinking. You can drink the tea two or three times a day.

Make sure to make the tea in a tea strainer or a coffee plunger. Do not eat the dried herb.


Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 

Children under 8 years of age not recommended.
