For the most accurate hair test analysis the sample should be taken from the first inch of hair closest to the scalp, or at the nape of the neck.
Take approx 25g sample of your hair (1 heaped tablespoon) and if have colour-treated hair including highlights, make sure to go in at the nape of the neck to take your sample.
