Formula M (Menopause)
Combnation of herbs, used to help alleviate symptoms associated with menopause.
Ingredients: Ashwagandra, Rhodiola, Siberian Ginseng, Shatavari, Red Clover, Sage and Schisandra
Ashwagandra: Also known as Indian ginseng and winter cherry, ashwagandha is one of the most important and commonly used adaptogenic herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. It has been used for thousands of years to relieve stress, improve concentration and enhance energy.
Rhodiola: Rhodiola rosea indicate that it can improve many of the neuropsychological symptoms experienced by menopausal women, including fatigue, anxiety, depression, cognitive dysfunction, memory decline, reduced executive functions, and stress intolerance
Siberian Ginseng: This well-known herb has been used for over 2,000 years for multiple health purposes including improving stamina and concentration, relieving depression and anxiety, stimulating immune function and even slowing the aging process…all welcome benefits during a stressful time of transition, like menopause.
Shatavari: It has been used as a female reproductive tonic for women for centuries. It enhances endurance, stamina, aids digestion, balances doshas. Its cooling effects help to deal with hot flashes caused during menopause
Redclover: Contains isoflavones, which are a type of phytoestrogen that have a chemical makeup similar to natural estrogen. And because estrogen declines in menopause, it is thought that phytoestrogens can help counterbalance the decline.
Sage: lowers the severity and the number of hot flashes (also called hot flushes) in menopausal women.
Schisandra: effective at alleviating some symptoms of menopause. These symptoms included hot flashes, sweating, and heart palpitations.
Directions: 20 drops three times a day in water
