Allergy & Food Sensitivity Test - Includes a 30min consultation via Whats app or Zoom - Includes an emailed report Anyone who regularly suffers from symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhoea or nausea after eating certain foods may be affected by what is known as food intolerance. Food intolerance refers to the inability of the organism to digest certain foods or their constituents. The metabolism can react very different and usually varied symptoms when the food is absorbed. FOOD INTOLERANCE / ALLERGY In the case of intolerance, a food cannot be metabolized or digested. The cause is usually a missing enzyme or an inadequately functioning transport mechanism in the intestinal tract. In the case of allergy, a defensive reaction of the immune system to a concrete (in principle harmless) component of a food occurs. WHAT ARE FOOD INTOLERANCES? There are several different intolerances towards food or its components. Apart from mostly short term, toxic intolerances, such as food poisoning, there are mainly non-toxic intolerances. The most common are lactose intolerance (milk sugar intolerance), fructose intolerance (fruit sugar intolerance), Coeliac disease (gluten intolerance) and histamine intolerance. Everything in the universe has a unique electromagnetic signature, or frequency. This is the information my technology uses to find out what foods your body is sensitive to or maybe causing an intolerance or an allergy. Once you purchase the link,  A sample of your hair or nail clippings (no lacquer) is required, about 0.15 grams of hair is required for analysis. Do not put it loose in the envelope, wrap in paper. Cancellation Policy

Following policy applied: NO Shows NO refunds 48 hours is required for cancellations on events, workshops and appointments No refund or rescheduling given on workshops or events if you not able to attend Only rescheduling appointments is available if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, appointment must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. Rescheduling can only occur once.

Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-5 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-3 days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be. Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first) If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees.

All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge.
