Comprehensive Initial Consultation Whats Included in the Initial Comprehensive Consultation - Initial Assessment - intake - Iridology assessment (please see notes below how to take pictures & email) - Food Intolerance, Allergies & histamine - Bioresonance scan (please send sample of hair or nails as noted below) - Nutritional overview and recommendations Whats included in Bioresonance scan: Chakra channels, Acupuncture meridians, Ph body, Testing for bacteria, parasites, viruses, vital substances- vitamins, minerals, trace elements and gut flora, Checking of the body’s detoxing pathways. Checking all organ systems, Digestive, Liver, Gall bladder, Hormonal, Immune, Cellular, Blood, Lymph, and Kidney. Checking of the body’s energy production. Checking for any disturbances A report will be emailed to you prior to your appointment and all findings & protocols will be discussed, via whats app or zoom. **********NOTE********************* A sample of your hair is required, about 0.15 grams of hair is required for analysis or your finger nails - please no nail lacquer on them. Turn on Flash (needed if using Iphone. However not needed on Samsung mobiles) 2. Use Indoor Daylight. Stand sideways from any window (facing the window will cause glare). 3. Have someone else hold the camera or use a tripod and timer. 4. Hold the upper and lower eyelids open to make entire iris visible. 5. Take one photo of each iris at a time (see image of eye as required) A confirmation via email will be sent to you, the date maybe changed due to time of turnaround for your report and availability for a zoom to discuss your findings, and also if your hair or nail sample is not returned on time (At least 4 weeks is needed, so please make the appointment for 4 weeks time) Price does not include Supplements or Herbal preparations or Bioresonance treatment programs, that are recommended to you. Treatment programs can be made for you please email me to discuss the options for this (an additional cost) Please email any bloods to sandraoconnellnaturopath@gmail.com - please send them well in advance & photos of your eyes Cancellation policy: No shows No refunds. No refunds, only rescheduling as an option if cancelled (only one reschedule allowed)

Cancellation Policy

Following policy applied: NO Shows NO refunds 48 hours is required for cancellations on events, workshops and appointments No refund or rescheduling given on workshops or events if you not able to attend Only rescheduling appointments is available if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, appointment must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. Rescheduling can only occur once.

Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-5 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-3 days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be. Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first) If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees. 

If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

Thank you so much to all my customers for supporting my small Irish business especially over the last couple of years, for spreading the word and also for sharing the love. All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge. 

Vouchers 

Discount vouchers can be discontinued at any time, due to the owners discretion and are not in use when sales are on.
