Terms & Conditions 

  • Choose the correct time zone before booking

  • Appointments are available for patients living in Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Europe and UAE 

  • Remote/distance consultations, these are available via Whats app - phone or zoom.

  • Face to face consultations are available from Knocklong Co Limerick. 

  • Late cancellation fee of full consultation price for less than 48 hours notice. If no notice is given and you are not available for your appointment the full appointment fee will be charged. Cancellation policy: No shows No refunds. 

  • Only rescheduling as an option if not able to attend your appointment that you have booked as long as the 48hours is given (only one reschedule allowed).

  • A text/ email is sent as a reminder to you about your appointment which gives you plenty of time and notice. 

  • Payment of consultation is required prior to attending your appointment. 

  • I DO NOT work with Children & Teenagers. 

  • Consultation price does not include supplements, herbal formulation, further testing or retesting or other remedies that are recommended to you. 

  • Retesting for food intolerance or from your initial scan does involve a fee - please see booking links or contact me in relation to pricing. Foods can be brought from home only if they are wrapped up in tin foil. An additional fee maybe charged for this, Some foods may not be tested due to my discretion. 

  • Please make sure to have everything sent over that is required in your booking ie if you have booked in a remote test make sure to have these samples to me well ahead of time - 4 weeks is required. Email any blood reports or other findings well in advance. If these are not received in time, then a follow up appointment will be required to discuss these. If the sample is not sent within the required time frame, your appointment will be rescheduled, 4 weeks to when the sample is received. An email will be sent to advise I have received it. 

  • I have over 30 years experience in the field of Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine & Iridology - I work with people with various health issues (please refer to my home page). 

  • To get the best out of your consultations I suggest an Inital consultation with me and then a follow up in 3-4 weeks time to track your progress.

  • If I have recommended supplements to you, please do not continue to take them forever. It is always recommended to recheck in with me. Supplements are to supplement your diet and not suggested to take for long periods of time. 

  • FEE INCREASES:  prices are subject to change without notice.

 

What I Don’t Offer

  • Email, phone or text message Support – Emails , phone or text messages are not a good way to get you better. I have opted to keep my consult fees down and do not offer email, phone or text message support out of your consultation time.  If you need support or information before your next appointment reach out and I will book you in for a follow up sooner, or leave your questions till your next appointment. If you are a patient that feels you need email, text or phone support please work with a clinic that offers this support. 

  • Professional Counselling – While I understand emotional wellbeing is crucial for proper healing I am not a trained counsellor. If you suffer from moderate to severe anxiety or depression or are struggling with addictions then I recommend working with a skilled therapist alongside working with me.

  • Please note - I am not a medical doctor and always suggest to see your GP if you suffer any health issues or have any current medical diagnosis and experience any episodes. Do not stop or discontinue any medication without your GPs Consent.  

  • Total Responsibility for Your Health – I see myself as a facilitator of health. You have to do all the hard work by taking your prescribed herbs and supplements and incorporating dietary and lifestyle changes as discussed. If I find myself working harder than you on your health goals I will address the issue and offer a referral if necessary. Total commitment is needed when recommending the supplements along with the treatment therapy that I use. 

  • Guarantees or Reliable Timelines – The longer I work with chronic health conditions the more I recognise the complexity of the human body. There are no guarantees that complimentary alternative medicine will cure your condition within a set timeline. While I am here to support your health I am not responsible for your health and health outcome. 

 

How I work with you 

  • In your initial appointment we cover your history, presenting symptoms, diet and lifestyle. Together we will piece together a picture of your health, establish a baseline and set some goals. Sometimes follow up lab work is required and will be discussed what would be required.   A treatment plan will be emailed  to you outlining my recommendations. These often include any testing, herbs, supplements, treatment plans, diet and lifestyle.

  • A follow up is suggested. Your first follow up, is generally 4 weeks later, we connect for 30mins. If you feel you may need longer than 30mins please book in for the extra time (additional time,  fee will be charged)  I interpret your results from any lab testing that was ordered. We discuss how this impacts your treatment timeline and I update your healthcare plan to address the root cause of your symptoms ongoing.

  • During active treatment it is important to check in and discuss symptom improvements so that I can help steer and adjust the treatment, especially if treatments are via bioresonance and supplementary, herbal approach. 

  • When you begin to see significant improvements in your health and wellbeing our appointments together will progressively become spaced further and further apart. You will be working on the foundations we have established and ideally need less herbal and supplement support ongoing.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-5 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-3 days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be. Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first) 

Free Postage for orders 60€ and over.

Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees. 

If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

Thank you so much to all my customers for supporting my small Irish business especially over the last couple of years, for spreading the word and also for sharing the love. All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge. 

Vouchers 

Discount vouchers can be discontinued at any time, due to the owners discretion and are not in use when sales are on.
