Handmade microwaveable wheat bags can be placed anywhere on the body for a natural way to soothe aches & pains.
Comforting, warming and relaxing they make the perfect gift.
Filled with cleaned wheat, and Irish homegrown lavender.
Simply place the whole wheat bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes at 500- 1000 watts. (Take it out of the plastic bag before placing it in the microwave)
They can also be chilled in a freezer or the fridge for use on sprains. Leave it in the plastic bag it comes in and place it in the freezer for 15 mins.

The Peace and Calm Balm is here to soothe your senses, quiet your mind, and cultivate calm through the simple ritual of self massage with softening oils and aromatic herbs.
Time out in a jar! For when you need a boost to help take a deep breath and get the stress down – especially if you can't stop.
Ingredients: Lavandula angustifolia oil +Anthemis nobilis
Directions: apply a small amount of balm to temples and to wrists before bed and if you wake up during the night, apply a small amount to the soles of the feet. Also can be applied to the stomach for any upset or nervous stomachs.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding or children under 8 years of age. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
Peace & Calm Mist 50mls
Create a Peaceful and calm environment for you with the calming aromas of pure essential oils. Contains a combination of Australian Bush flower essences and essential oils to create a calming environment for you and your family.
Directions: Gently shake and mist 3-4 sprays into the air above your head and let the mist settle over you. Alternatively, mist 3-4 sprays in front of you and walk through the mist. Can also be used as a room mist to add the flower essence vibrations and beautiful scent to the space you are in. Spray around the room and into any area that needs an energy shift. Wonderful for your living areas, bedrooms, car, offices, classrooms or even on your pillow before bed.
