Echinacea & Acerola
 
People use echinacea to shorten the duration of the common cold and flu, and reduce symptoms, such as sore throat (pharyngitis), cough, and fever. Many herbalists also recommend echinacea to help boost the immune system and help the body fight infections.
Echinacea plants are loaded with plant compounds that function as antioxidants.
Antioxidants are molecules that help defend your cells against oxidative stress, a state that has been linked to chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and many others.
 
Acerola contains 30 x more vitamin C than oranges. Packed with essential nutrients including carotenoids, B vitamins, A vitamin, minerals flavonoids and anthocyanins. Rich source of potent antioxidants and phytonutrients which may be beneficial in addressing and preventing diseases associated with oxidative damage.
 
Directions: take 1 teaspoon once a day as preventative in a glass water or straight on a spoon or 1 teaspoon three times a day as treatment.
echinacea may be safe for some children ages 4–12 years up 
Start with 1/4 teaspoon once a day in a glass of water 
Do not take if on diabetic medication or on the pill. 
Not recommend during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Not recommended if on immuno therapy or on immune suppressing medication or cancer treatment
