The Peace and Calm Balm  is here to soothe your senses, quiet your mind, and cultivate calm through the simple ritual of self massage with softening oils and aromatic herbs.
 
Time out in a jar! For when you need a boost to help take a deep breath and get the stress down – especially if you can't stop.
 
Ingredients: Butyrospermum parkii (Shea butter), Cera Alba (Beeswax), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond), Lavandula angustifolia oil (Lavender), Anthemis nobilis (Roman chamomile) flower oil.
Directions: apply a small amount of balm to temples and to wrists before bed and if you wake up during the night, apply a small amount to the soles of the feet.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding or children under 8 years of age. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
