Sambucus nigra (Elderflowers) have been used traditionally, alongside the Elderberries, as a treatment for flu symptoms.
 
Elderberry tincture is taken by adding 15-20 drops of the Tincture, to a glass of water or juice and taken up to two times a day.
 
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
