THESE ARE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ONLY VIA ZOOM OR WHATS APP Naturopathy is about finding the root of the cause. Using a range of alternative methods of diagnosis, a Naturopath can often successfully pin-point a predisposition in the body, before the onset of acute disease, and treat the patient with specific therapies and changes in the patient's lifestyle. When you make the booking, it requires you to fill in some brief information, what this consultation is for and any medication you are currently taking. During the appointment we address the issue that you have booked in for, recommendations are made from the initial assessment. Iridology is done during the consultation. Photos are taken however no reports are given. Iridology is the study of health via an examination of the colour and structure of the iris, the sclera and the pupil. The iris is the most complex external structure of the human anatomy. It has a reflex connection to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the nervous system. There are no two irises alike. Each iris is as individual as a finger print. Turn on Flash (this would be needed is you are using an Iphone. However not needed on Samsung mobiles) Use Indoor Daylight. Stand sideways from any window (facing the window will cause glare). Have someone else hold the camera or use a tripod and timer. Hold the upper and lower eyelids open to make entire iris visible. Take one photo of each iris at a time. Check the photo on the Viewfinder of your camera. Use the zoom feature to see the iris. Be sure the iris is clear; otherwise try again. Be sure there is no red eye; otherwise turn on ‘red eye reduction’ and try again. Be sure the entire iris is visible; otherwise try again. Be sure there is no significant glare on the iris otherwise turn your body slightly away from any window - Please make sure to fill in the details on the booking form - you will have a zoom link emailed to you (if you do not receive it with the booking please advise me) Cancellation policy: Please read

Cancellation Policy

Following policy applied: NO Shows NO refunds 48 hours is required for cancellations on events, workshops and appointments No refund or rescheduling given on workshops or events if you not able to attend Only rescheduling appointments is available if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, appointment must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. Rescheduling can only occur once.

Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-5 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-3 days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be. Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first) 

Free Postage for orders 60€ and over.

Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees. 

If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

Thank you so much to all my customers for supporting my small Irish business especially over the last couple of years, for spreading the word and also for sharing the love. All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge. 

Vouchers 

Discount vouchers can be discontinued at any time, due to the owners discretion and are not in use when sales are on.
