Service Description

Work with Me - 1 initial appointment (45mins - 60mins ) and 2 follow ups (30mins each) Do you suffer from a health issue, that you are not getting the answers to? There are so many layers that need to be peeled back when someone books in to see a naturopath, therefore it is so important to keep going with your protocol and not just book in for an initial consultation, that is why I have created the work with me program. Work with me is designed to work with me over 3 consecutive appointments, the follow up appointments are booked in once we have discussed the protocol in the initial appointment. When you make the booking, make sure to fill in as much details as possible about the medication, supplements and reason for coming. At the end of the consultation, a brief iridology overview will be given along with your protocol, diet and lifestyle guides and with any supplements* or herbal* recommended. (*not included in price). Recipes will not be given. Iridology reports are not included in this consultation, only a brief overview is given. If there are recommendations made, then it is to the cost of the client. Any tests that are recommended are to the cost of the client. Any interpretations of results are not included. If you have any blood tests or tests of any sort you have done please bring them with you for the initial consultation. Please note if you are not able to attend one of your appointments that has been arrange, then there will be no refund. Rescheduling is available only once. Consultation price does not include supplements, herbal formulation or other remedies

Cancellation Policy

Following policy applied: NO Shows NO refunds 48 hours is required for cancellations on events, workshops and appointments No refund or rescheduling given on workshops or events if you not able to attend Only rescheduling appointments is available if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, appointment must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. Rescheduling can only occur once.

Orders are dispatched using Anpost within 2-5 Business days (Ireland & Northern Ireland)  please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. There are delays that may occur due to delivery from Anpost which is out of my control, however I will do my best to rectify any situation that may arise as soon as possible. As soon as your order is on the way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order and if you haven't received your order within 2-3 days - please check your tracking number first to see where it may be. Make sure to keep and eye on your tracking as we take no responsibility for orders that have not been collected from the post office or have been delivered or left elsewhere (friends, neighbours etc - please check with your postal person first) If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it, or incorrect address or return to sender for incorrect information, - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

Free Postage for orders 60€ and over.

Orders under 60€ within Ireland and Northern Ireland,  delivered by An Post €6.50 postage fees. 

If your order is returned to us due to you failing to collect it from the post office or not home to collect it - we will reship it however a fee of 6.50€ will be required to have it sent again. We do not issue a refund on the orders.

All the products listed on this website are formulated and hand made by me, Sandra O'Connell, in Co Limerick Ireland. Sandra is a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 30years experience.  She uses locally grown and foraged plants to prepare the balms. Some balms may be out of stock due to not having raw material available.  As the balms are handmade there may be slight variations. Please note balms do not love heat, when there is hot summer days - make sure to put the balms in a cool place or they can be stored in a fridge. 

Vouchers 

Discount vouchers can be discontinued at any time, due to the owners discretion and are not in use when sales are on.
